Working for youRRG Property Management is an independent division of Residential Realty Group, specializing in Residential Leasing and Property Management.

As specialists, we are fully focused on the priorities and needs of Property Owners.  Our clients range from Property Owners with a single property to those with a large portfolio of residential properties.  All business and administrative tasks are handled by our Las Colinas office in Irving, and then turned over to our Property Manager Specialists in each of the areas we serve.

As property management specialists, we know how to manage your property for optimum performance, while ensuring smooth running leases, and compliance with the various property laws. Our Tenants: 

Unlike many real estate companies that narrow their search to the immediate neighborhood, rarely expanding past their own town, RRG Property Management takes a focused approach to searching for high-quality tenants.  In our search, we not only advertise locally, but using our network of partnerships, we are able to expand our search both nationally and globally, making sure that you receive quality tenants for your investment property.

Though the majority of our clients are business professionals in the area, many of our tenants are relocating from other parts of the country or from other parts of the world.  Recently, we have seen an increase in the number of tenants from Great Britain and Japan.



Our Services:

      • We will visit you at your property, and provide a lease valuation and any other advice which you may require about leasing your property.

      • We will advise you on compliance with the various safety regulations.

      • We will locate suitable tenants. Your property will be advertised, both locally and nationally.  We have excellent contacts with various relocation companies and other major employee personnel departments, and we often have tenants waiting.

      • We will accompany prospective tenants to view the property.

      • We will obtain and evaluate references and credit checks.

      • We will prepare a suitable lease agreement and arrange for signature by the tenant.

      • We will collect and hold security deposits from the tenant, providing you with monthly statements.

      • We will prepare an inventory and a detailed Property Condition Report, including photographs.

      • We will accompany the tenant into the property and upon them agreeing to the condition of the property, execute the lease.

      • We will supervise the transfer of utilities into the tenant's name, when necessary.

      • We will receive rental payments monthly in advance, and pay you promptly, together with a detailed statement from our computerized management system (ACH/Direct Deposit into your bank account is available).

      • We will, if required, pay regular expenses for you from rental payments.

      • We will inspect the property periodically, and report any problems to you.

      • We will arrange any necessary repairs or maintenance, first contacting you in the case of larger repairs.

      • We will keep in touch with the tenant on a routine basis, and arrange for lease renewals as necessary.

      • We will check tenants out as required, releasing and continuing the process with the minimum of vacant periods to ensure that you receive the optimum return from your property.

      • We will include a copy of RRG Market Watch with your monthly statement, on a quarterly basis.  RRG Market Watch shows you what the market is doing in the neighborhood where your property is located.  Information included in Market Watch includes; how many homes are for lease, what the current lease rates are for other properties in the neighborhood, how many homes are for sale, and when sold, the selling prices on the homes.  The information contained in Market Watch allows you to keep track of what is happening in the neighborhood. so informed investment decisions can be made.

      • We will assign one Property Manager Specialist for all of your properties.  You will never have to go from person to person trying to figure out what is happening with your property.  Need information about your property?  Contact your Property Manager Specialist, and they will know.
